第 14 节 - 代理

第18条 - 赔偿
您同意就以下情况导致须向第三方支付的任何损失、损害、责任或索赔款（包括合理的律师费），向eMedicn、Shopify 以及我们的联盟、合作伙伴、管理人员、董事、员工、代理、承包商、授权方和服务提供商提供赔偿、为其辩护，并使其免受损害：(1) 您违反本服务条款或其通过引用并入的文件；(2) 您侵犯任何法律或第三方的权利；或 (3) 您访问和使用服务。
